Terms of service
Purpose
These terms govern access to SmartGrants AdStudio, a service that generates advertising videos from text descriptions.
Accounts and workspaces
Each client gets a workspace. The workspace owner is responsible for the members they invite and how the workspace is used.
Subscriptions and fees
Plans are billed monthly and include a one-time $100 setup fee. Trial periods apply to the Starter and Growth plans.
Credits
Credits are consumed on each generation. They are returned if a generation fails or is rejected by moderation. Credits are not refundable in cash.
Content
You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to the elements you describe and agree not to produce unlawful or misleading content.
Termination
You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current period. We may suspend a workspace in case of abuse.
